Do you want a potential buyer to fall in love with the home you’re selling from the moment they walk in? Do you want top dollar? First impressions are everything!

With my comprehensive Home Staging Consultation, I’ll walk through your home with you, or your Broker prior to listing. Using my 20 years of experience, I’ll provide room by room recommendations to not only guide you on creating that “I have to have it” first impression for a buyer, but also recommendations for the entire listing to get you SOLD. Have a pen and pad of paper on hand.

Once the walk-through is complete, I can provide additional solutions to get the job done. From recommending contractors, to oversight of the actual work (let me help - moving is stressful enough!), to coming back prior to photos for final styling.

    Additional hours available - $200/hour.

    Note: Additional services beyond the Consultation are discussed prior to service being performed. For example, contractor oversight. Fee structure would be discussed based on the individual needs.

Are you a staging company in a larger market that occasionally runs into a scenario where you need an experienced pair of hands on a temporary basis? Or, do you need someone to help with systems?

I know I’ve been there. Hire me to be your temporary help! Having staged over 2000 properties, developed talent and being adaptive to varying styles and team dynamics - I could be your short term solution. Bringing experience, talent and maybe a few new ideas to your organization.

This service requires a three business day minimum and cannot exceed a two week period. Compensation and pricing packages for this service are determined by the size of the market, potential travel costs and level of staging assistance needed, billed at a daily rate.

Where do you first see your potential new dream home? Photos online are the first thing a buyer will see prior to considering buying, or even seeing your home. This service is for the client who needs a quick tune up prior to photos being taken.

This service is also for Brokers who want to focus on the photos, and not fixing the space (do you really want to spend your time karate-chopping pillows?). Or, a newly hired Broker on an existing active listing that was sitting on the market with a previous Broker. I can provide quick and effective changes for fresh listing photos.

Once the home is decluttered, staged, cleaned and ready for photo day, I will come in to make sure all rooms are styled for your marketing photos. This would be done the day of photos so your realtor can come in and make the best use of their time, as well as the photographer's time.

Here are three scenarios where this may be a good option for you:

  • 1. The vacant listing has been staged by Signature Staging, however there may have still been a few odds and ends to finish. We all know how sometimes things can get moved around, or other vendors may not leave things as we styled them on staging day. We would come in, do a sweep of the listing to put items back in their place and make sure the lodging is looking its best. I would also bring in fresh flowers for your photo shoot to give that extra finishing touch!

    2. You have been through my Home Staging Consultation process, the checklist is complete and need us to professionally assist you for photos. While this would not be a housekeeping service where we clean up dishes or towels on the bathroom floor, I would make sure that the entire home is photo ready.

    3. You are a home seller or a broker who needs a professional eye to take the burden off to make sure photos go as smoothly as possible. Or, your listing has been on the market and you need a fresh perspective for new photos (possibly with a new Broker). This would not be a complete staging service. The home would need to be clean, decluttered and in need of a professional staging eye to make sure all the finishing touches are in the best location possible for those all-important marketing photos.

    This two hour minimum service starts at $500 with a two person team. Pricing will be adjusted, depending if more time/labor is required. This adjusted pricing will be presented prior to moving forward. An online tour of the listing is required the day before styling.
