After finding success in the vacant staging industry for over 15 years in Chicago, and thousands of sold/staged listings as the Owner/Principal of Signature Staging, David Cieslak Interior Solutions is shifting the focus - taking things a step further using experience and knowledge within the Staging, Design and Real Estate industries.
From a continued Real Estate and staging perspective, my knowledge and expertise will focus on homeowners who will be LIVING in their homes while on the market. More sellers are living in their homes while on the market, and I want to be part of the team to help you get top dollar!
From a living and residential perspective, my goal is to help home owners create a home they love, and feels like their home, not a cookie-cutter version of what is trending. Whether this is restyling what you have adding some updated touches, or a complete fresh start. I pride myself on a curated approach to design. While I’m not a full-fledged design firm, I have trusted resources to provide the complete package, should you want a complete remodel of an area within your home.
Then, if you should ever be at a point of selling, you have an experienced team to help you through that process. My goal is to be your resource from the time you reside in your home (whether new or existing), to the stage where you may be ready for the next chapter.
